Privacy and User Aggreement
- 1.1. Collection of Personal Data When providing services to its clients, Trade Hive Hub collects and stores their personal data, information about the use of the Company’s products and services, as well as other information related to the Client or allowing them to be identified. Trade Hive Hub collects such information when the Client fills out a questionnaire form on the Company’s website or their personal account to open a trading account (real or competitive), when they verify the account, make requests for deposits and withdrawals, perform trading operations, contact technical support, use the Company’s products and services, subscribe to the Company’s newsletter and news.
- 1.2. Use of Personal Data Trade Hive Hub uses this information when concluding a Client Agreement to identify you as a Client of the Company, to resolve financial issues or provide technical support, as well as to be able to contact you if necessary. We may also use the information we collect to inform you about new products or services (available or under review), customer satisfaction surveys, or account updates, and for the related purposes of improving the quality of the services provided.

1.3. The list of information that we collect, store, and use includes (but is not limited to):
- Last name, first name, gender, place of birth, date of birth, citizenship, residential address, phone number, e-mail address, as well as digital copies of documents confirming this information: passport, national identification document, driver’s license, utility bill;
- Knowledge about online trading, risks associated with it, data on trading experience;
- Numbers of your personal accounts, trading accounts, balance, data on completed trading and non-trading operations;
- Your IP address, location, type and version of your browser and operating system, and information about the devices you use when visiting Trade Hive Hub’s websites;
- Information about your actions on Trade Hive Hub’s websites, in email newsletters, as well as consent to receive such newsletters;
- Data about contacting Trade Hive Hub’s technical support via various communication channels, as well as the content of these requests.
- 1.4. Data Collection Limitations We will limit the collection of information to what is necessary to administer our business in an effort to provide you with better service.

1.5. Disclosure of Personal Information
Trade Hive Hub does not sell or disclose the personal information of its clients. Trade Hive Hub may transmit the user’s
personal information to third parties only if:
- It was your wish to disclose this information;
- It is required by the rules of the service provided and defined in the corresponding contract (for example, publication of any rankings);
- This is necessary for the provision of our products and services by third parties on the basis of contracts concluded with them;
- It is required by the legislation and/or by the authorities in compliance with legal procedures.

- Payment systems and banking organisations;

- Third-party service providers;
- Auditors;
- Agents and affiliates who have attracted you to Trade Hive Hub indirectly or directly;
- Persons authorised by you, acting on your behalf and in your interests, or your legal representative;

- 1.7. Trade Hive Hub protects with password the client’s personal information. The whole network communication in the context of sharing personal information is followed by the SSL encryption. All received information that the client provides is stored on secure servers and only authorized staff have access to this information.

2.1. Payment for Signals and Upgrades
- Clients might be required to pay for signals occasionally, depending on the type of account and the trader they are mirroring/copying.
- If a client exceeds the limit of their registered plan, they may be required to upgrade their plan by paying an additional charge.

2.2. Profit Withdrawals and Trade Completion
- Clients can only withdraw profits at the end of each trading cycle, which is usually two weeks, but this may slightly vary depending on the trader they are mirroring/copying.
- Clients cannot request a refund until the trade is completed and reaches 100% progress.

2.3. Scam Protection and Fraud Resolution
- If a client suspects they have been targeted by a scammer, they can contact the platform for assistance. Trade Hive Hub will assign them to trusted staff members to handle the situation and resolve matters amicably.

3. Regulatory Compliance
Trade Hive Hub is a fully registered and regulated trading platform operating in compliance with international financial regulations. The platform adheres to the standards set by reputable regulatory bodies, including but not limited to:
- Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
- Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
- Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (UK)
- Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
For security and protection purposes, Trade Hive Hub has chosen to keep its official documentation and licensing numbers private. However, clients can request verification directly from our customer support team if needed.
